Wiki modifier 51 vs 59

Procedures 45385 45380 do I assign modifier (51) or (59) I think I have an understanding on modifiy (59) and then again I'm not sure. Any help appreciated. Thanks

If the biopsy and polypectomy were performed on separate lesions, both codes may be billed. The NCCI edit bundles 45380 into 45385. To properly code both services, modifier 59 is applied to the code in column two of the edit table and submitted as 45385, 45380-59.
