MY DOCTOR DOES 63047, & 63048 X3. WHICH MODIFIERS WOULD I USE IF ANY?

ALSO, IF IM CODING 3 FRACTURE PROCEDURES FROM TWO DIFFERENT AREAS OF THE SAME FOOT, WHICH MODIFIERS WOULD I USE?

I'm not touching the spine case..lol

but for the foot fractures, yes you will need a modifier if the codes bundle in which case you will use the 59 modifier

For the spine case if 63047 & 63048 are the only procedures being done and the patient isn't in post-op for another procedure, than no modifiers are needed on either CPT code.
