Wiki Modifier 33 with ASA code 00810 for Commercial Payer

Does anybody know if I can use Modifier 33 with ASA 00810 for commercial payers? Patient came in for a screening Colonoscopy.

I have been using it in the last modifier position without issues. It will indicate that the patient should not have a share in the cost.
