If provider is billing Office Visit, G0101, and 17250 on the same DOS, I need mod 25 on the office visit, do I also need a mod 25 on the G0101 because of the 17250 on same DOS.
 
G0101 can be reported with an E/M code when a separately identifiable E/M service was provided
