Wiki Modifier -57 with -25

My provider saw new patient 99204, did ultrasound 76830 same day. Thus Modifier -25 is needed on 99204. Patient is going in for TAH/BSO possible 58571/73 next day, so I also need to add modifier -57.
When submitting 99204-57/25 . . . which modifier goes first? The 57 or the 25?

In this situation, I don't think the order matters.

I personally would put the -25 first, because it is for the other line on the same exact claim. Since the -57 is for a separate claim, I would put it second.
