Could anyone please share your knowledge on billing a procedure with mod-50, we have to multiple the total amount into twice, while entering in the system?

It depends on the CPT code. If you have AAPC Coder it helps with that. Some insurance companies want 2 lines with an RT and an LT while others want just one line with the 50. Hope this helps.
