Wiki MMR vaccine/Medicare

Hi everyone...

Hoping someone can help with Medicare reimbursement info for the MMR vaccine. I found info that it's covered under Part D but I can't find the reimbursement. The fee schedule I found for vaccines and drugs are those that are covered under Part B only, not D.

Any help would be so appreciated!

Hard to say

Because this falls under their Part D coverage, it would be hard to know reimbursement. It will be different depending on where they are with their prescription deductibles, donut hole, etc. You might try calling a pharmacy. They may be able to help you. We actually use a program called Transact Rx and is compatible with all Part D plans and gives you an answer instantly as to what you will be reimbursed and what the patient owes.
