I need help with modifiers!!!
Operation:
1. Right shoulder arthroscopy subacromial decompression
2. right shoulder arthroscopic subscapularis repair
3. Right shoulder mini-open rotator cuff repair

Is this how you would use the modifiers??

You can't report 23412 + 29827 together. If converted to an open procedure use 23412 as per CMS guidelines. For 29826 you will need to report either 29822 or 29823 depending on note.
