:confused:Patient found to have breast cancer in 1994 treated with oophorectomy, chemotherapy, and hormonal management for several years with Tamoxifen. Then, in 2011 has a recurrence in chest wall consistant with breast primary. Patient is treated with Arimidex and Xeloda, which are estrogen receptor drugs.

So would you code this as V10.3, 198.89, V58.69 OR 174.4, 198.98, V58.69?

I'm leaning more toward 198.89, V10.3, V58.69, V07.52. 198.89 would be primary. I'm interested in other opinions.
