Hello!!!

I need help from my wonderful coders !!!

I work at an orthopaedic office, we do the metal-LTT and we are currently going to use the code 36415 with mod 90, I need to know which ICD9 i can use. We have used 715.16 in the past, but I know this is not correct !!
