If I please have expert assistance on how to bill the following claim to Mercy Care. We got the TOB on a patient that was seen 4 times in the office and the remainder of the pregnancy in the hospital until delivery date.
Should I bill the 4 antepartum visits with 59425 and hospital visits with the delivery code or total OB?
