Wiki Mental Health Record Retention: State of Michigan

Hello, does anyone know if there is any requirement in Michigan to retain records longer than what the fed requires? (5 years CMS, which is surpassed by 7 years False Claims Act, so 7 year retention is all we need to my knowledge).
