Wiki meniscectomy with shaver and cautery

i have a note that says, "A combination of shaver and cautery device was used to produce partial lateral meniscectomy and chondroplast of the femoral condyle adn lateral tibial plateau. my question is this. can i still just 29881 or should i use an unlisted code due to the the cautery being used. I have looked at the lay description and it doesn't mention the cautery device.
