Wiki Melanoma to the liver after enucleation of the eye

Patient was diagnosed with melanoma of the eye. After enucleation and PET/CT it was discovered that it metastasized to the liver. I was unsure of still coding the 190.0 (malignant neoplasm of eyeball) with 197.7 (liver neoplasm secondary) or a history of V10.84 (eye) with 197.7. There was no mention of treating the melanoma to the eye but the patient was receiving Yervoy for the melanoma to the liver.

I'm looking for other opinions.
