To anyone who can help me with this,

An established patient came into our clinic and our nurse helped her set up her meds and notified her PCP that she needed a refill on one of them. Can I bill this as a nurse visit (99211)? What diagnosis code/s can I use?

I would use V58.83 with one or more V58.6 codes for the drugs
