Wiki medicare, hospice denial

we have a patient who is hospice that had a unrelated procedure done in our office,I know we need gv or gw modifiers but we are being told there is a 07 modifier that we need to use. has anyone heard of this? We also have other professional modifiers on claim , so what order do I use fo the gv,gw?
