Does anyone know the unlisted procedure code for EMR procedures?
G6021 is deleted for 2016 and need to know the alternate/crosswalk
code. Or is 45390 or 45399 now payable by Medicare?

Any thoughts?
 
It doesn't look like you got an answer from the Forum. Did you find it anywhere else. I have someone who is not able to get 45393 paid this year as it was supposed to be billed last year as a 45378 and a G6021 and now that last code is gone!! Hope you can shed some light on this! Thanks!
