Is anyone else having a problem with Medicare denying because they say the clinical trial number should be 2 letters and 8 numbers? We first were putting the clinical trial number NCT03039712 and then were told that only the number portion of that needed to be on the claim. They have been paying but now we are starting to get denials for invalid clinical trial number..
