Wiki medicare denials

We have been having an issue with getting physical therapy claims paid for your patients that come for joint threapy (ie physical therapy after hip, knee shoulder replacement) The DX that we use for these services are v43.65 for the knee, v43.64 for the hip and the v43.62 shoulder. Any suggestions for other DX that we could use since Medicare isnt excepting these any more?

Hi, I'm curious when you started noticing the denials? I have PT claims from Jan & Feb of this year using the DX you listed and Medicare has paid- we usually have other DX in addition to the V code but its been billed in the primary and the secondary fields and both ways have paid recently.
