Wiki Medicare :CD - Impacted Cerumen Removal Retired

Has anyone noticed that Medicare has RETIRED their LCD for Medically Necessary Removal of Impacted Cerumen???? (LCD28170); I cannot find a replacement and I am wondering how this impacts billing? Are we now free to bill our services without limitations concerning OV's, impaction removals and audios, etc...

We bill 69210 removal cerumen, and it must be done by the physician.
