Wiki Medicare Billing on extras for eyeglasses

I know Medicare pays for 1 pair of glasses after cataract surgery. What my billing dept. wants to know is if a patient gets extras (ie..tinted lenses, deluxe frames, rimless) do we still bill those extras to medicare, even though don't pay for it.
