Wiki Medicare Allergy Billing

We do Medicare allergy billing and want to make sure we are billing correctly. We currently use 5cc dose viles and bill Medicare 10cc for viles, but only on every other 5cc dose vile. So basically we bill Medicare the 10cc dose vile only when a patient is at their second 5cc dose vile. Is this correct or should we bill Medicare for each 5cc does vile and not the 10 (5+5)?
