Is anyone else having issues billing psychotherapy visits with Humana MA plans? They published a new LCD A57520, effective date 10/1/24; however, all of a sudden, they say NO and to reference the LCD A59723 dated 10/20/24. After reviewing the new article A59723, they only list 69 Dx codes instead of the original 582 Dx codes. Humana is now denying our clients who have PTSD, depression, anxiety, etc.

Traditional Medicare is still covering with no issues.

Example: LCSW billing 90837 CPT, Office, with dx F43.11 - Humana has denied the claim, telling me to reference LCD A59723.
