Does anyone know if Medicare has posted their fees for these codes (74176,74177, 74178) incorrectly. We are in North Jersey and we cannot understand how these codes which are combination codes and be a less reimbursement than just one of the CTs (either pelvis or abdomen). It just doesnt make sense to us. Has anyone heard anything?
