We are a Pediatric Gastroenterology and Nutrition office and my providers are wondering if we can bill the MNT codes 97802-97804 with the RN providing the service. There is discussion once they see the nutritionist (RD) and we receive a report back for an overweight/obese patient for weight loss monitoring that we an bill this using codes 97802-97804 or the 99211 if she has her NPI and credentialed with the insurances. Does that sound correct?
