Wiki Medical Mutual Preventative visits

I bill for multiple providers and Medical Mutual has started denying 99395 with code Z01.419, as of 2023 DOS, stating that you can't bill a preventative service with a problem diagnosis code. Has anyone else had any issues with medical Mutual or other insurance companies doing this.
