Wiki Medical inpt visit ?

I am coding an inpatient chart. Pt. pregnant, but admitted for Acute asthma.
Would you use the Pregnancy code w asthma or the regular Asthma code with Z33.1 (pregnant) as secondary?

Younuse the O code first listed and the asthma secondary. Look at O99.5-
