Fast paced Family Practice looking to hire a full-time experienced medical biller.
Employee will be responsible for posting both patient and insurance payments in timely manner, charge data entry, AR follow up, appeals, patient collections and other billing duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Must have a minimum of 2 years experience in medical billing and charge posting.
Must have ICD-10 training/knowledge.
Must have EMR experience
Must have knowledge of basic office equipment including copier, fax machine, and computer
Knowledge of efficiently work the aging
Preferred knowledge of Microsoft Word, excel and outlook
Ability to explain financial responsibility to the patient
Ability to organize and communicate clearly
Ability to maintain confidentiality of patient and employee information
Full time benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k, and paid holidays.
