Wiki Medicaid Preventive Carve Out

I need help!!
Does anyone know if you can "carve out" a preventive visit for Medicaid in the same manner you can "carve out" a preventive for Medicare?

I am new to coding for Medicaid and I am not able to find this information.

I do not believe so since Medicaid covers preventative services. There would be nothing to carve out.
