Wiki Medicaid Flu Vaccines

I am getting a denial for an Adult Medicaid flu vaccine. I work for a Nurse Practitioner and I used the code G0008. Denial was This Provider type/provider specialty may not bill this service. Any help would be appreciated.

G0008 is an add on code an cant be billed alone, also its for medicare not medicaid
