Hello,
It is my understanding that an out of network provider can be paid from TX Medicaid if he sees the patient thru the ER. I am having a time trying to get them to do so. The claim has the correct place of service: 23 and the doctor does not have a medicaid provider number because he is not contracted. Am I missing something else? Thanks in advance.
