I need some help from you seasoned coders! The surgeon was performing a mediastinoscopy with biopsy and clipped the azygos vein causing a hemorrhage. He had to perform extrapericardial median sternotomy to repair the injured vein. I just need a place to start looking. Please help!!!! Thanks!!!!
