Hi....
A patient came to clinic for periodic elevation of bp reading and already diagnosed with hypertension for a long time.
I have taken 2 points for MDM Table A, under estd condition worsening , since the patient is having periodic elevated bp reading.and also moderate risk under chronic condition with mild exacerbation.
Please anyone advice whether I have taken correctly.
