Good morning. I'm looking for a few opinions on where others would peg the MDM:
Pt's dxs are: 5 non-melanoma skin cancer sites (all separately listed and the most recent one diagnosed and treated 6 months ago) with no evidence of recurrence. Plan: reassurance and counseling specific to how to spot recurrences and increased risk for development of new skin cancers.
Angiomas, sebaceous hyperplasia, and seb kers (reassurance on all 3)
