Wiki MDM for Removal of NG Tube--E/M Leveling

I am currently coding an Inpatient stay and I was wondering where everyone is putting the removal of a NG Tube for the level of MDM (Low MDM or Moderate MDM) for Determining the Risk of Complications and/ or Morbidity or Mortality of Patient Management.
