Wiki MDM Category1 Tests and Documents

I work for a Pulmonary Practice that see's patients with sleep conditions. The provider will order an Epworth Sleepiness Scale which is done in the office, however we do not bill for this. Would the review of this "assessment" count toward Category 1 requirements?

It should count as " order " in the subcategory of Category 1 and the review of the said test ordered is included in the ordering of test and cannot be
counted in the MDM when patient comes back for their results. However if the provider did their own interpretation and did not bill for it, they could count it in Category 2 , Independent interpretation of test ( not separately reported) .
