Wiki Mcare rule billing same lab 2+ times a yr. ?

There are some labs that can only be billed say 6 times a yr. while others can only be billed 2 times a yr. for instance (vit d), is there a web site that I can go to too find this info??? pls help if you can, Thanks Ca
