My doctor did MBBs at T12-L1, and L1-L2, would you code this:
64490 T12-L1 since this was began at the thoracic level
64494 L1-L2
Thoughts?

The 64490 is correct, but because L1-L2 is technically the first lumbar level, you would want to use 64493.
