Wiki Maternal Screening 81511- HELP

I am trying to figure out why I can not get this screening paid?
I am billing 81511 -90 with dx V28.89. Ive read that V28.89 is a payable diagnosis. What am I doing wrong??

Hi Looks like you have your V code transposed. Did you bill it that way? If so try using V82.89...........

I am also having problems with this code for date of service 7/17/15, AHCCCS or Medicaid is stating this code is not accepted by AHCCCS. The CPT is 81511 and dx V22.1.
I am not sure what other CPT code I can use.
