The physician dicatated that he performed manipulation under anesthesia of the MCP joints, the PIP joints and the DIP joints 1 through 5, of the right hand. I cannot find a code for manipulation of the hand, I am thinking 26340 with the finger modifiers, anyone else have any suggestions? Thank You!
