Hi all-
If my ortho doc takes a patient down to the radiology dept to use fluoro guidance during a closed manipulation-can she bill for that guidance?:confused:
 
sorry- I got more info from the doc-what she is doing is taking an xray while she stresses the knee joint. She is wondering if she can bill the PC for the xray-however, our radiologist will bill global for this service. I'm thinking she can usethe actually viewing of the xray as a data point in her medical decsion making rather than try to bill the xray service herself?
