We are getting denials from cigna and b/shield ppo's on our "screening mammo's" we use V76.12 "other screening mammo" for screening and they are saying it is incorrect. Any ideas? Thanks

which CPT are you using? and does the patient have screening benefits and is the timing correct for those benefits?
