Wiki Malignant neoplasm of skin/subq tissue of chest wall after mastectomy

Need help with cpt code for Left chest wall resection. Patient is status post left total mastectomy in 1994. Op note reads "An elliptical incision was marked incorporating the area of recurrence with additional skin margins. The specimen included skin and subcutaneous tissue was taken to the pectoralis muscle using electrocautery". We cannot use 19260 because the ribs were not involved. Can we use code 19301? Thanks Julie
