Wiki mal alignment of fx in global dx code

Distal third radius & ulna fx...clsd reduction done 10 days ago, now with apex dorsal angulation with partial healing present....do I only use distal radius/ulna fx..813.23 or do I add or use malunion? Is the malunion code only for use out of the global? Thank you is advance for your assistance
