Patient had a Mako Medial Unicompartment Procedure done in April. [27446]

He needs to have the component exchanged, due to pain and possible loose component.
Dr will be exchanging the tibial component. This is not a revision, only an exchange.

What CPT would I use for this procedure? Looking at CPT 27486

Would appreciate any and all responses.

That would fall under a revision - 27486. Since it was a unicompartment I would append a 52 modifier (Reduced Services).
