Wiki Lung tear with total decortication

The surgeon performed a right thoracotomy with a total decortication-32220 (separate procedure). If he also repaired a lung tear during the procedure, can he also report 32110 for the repair of the lung tear? I think the answer is no but need some reassurance. Thank you.
