Wiki Lund-Browder Diagram

I am studying for CPC exam and I find it hard to find information in the CPC code book. Ex: under burns, local treatment it states the percentage of (TBSA) total body surface area is determined by using the Lund-Browder Diagram and Classification Method table provided in the CPT* code book. Where is this table?

I am replying to my thread because after further examining the CPT, I found the Lund-Browder Diagram and Classification Method Table in the CPT.
