Lumbar/Sacral Injection/s with Floroscopy

Lumbar and Sacral injection : R L5 and S1 transforaminal flouroscopically guided epidural injection.
Can we bill for Fluoroscopic spine injection CPT-77003-26, This inclusive with 64483 & 64484. Billing should be 64483 & 64484, with E& M, and meds.

If done at the same time as an OV, add a 25 modifier to your OV code. Fluoroscopy is included in this CPT (64483). You cannot report it separately.
