Pt had LTC , physician encountered a large cyst on the right ovary which he aspirated and removed the ovary. My question can I bill for both the LTC and the salpingo oophorectomy? In the patient H&P physician noted history of ovarian cyst.
Is this bundled?

Yes you can bill for both the c-section and the salpingo ooph.
