Wiki Lt Femoral vein angiogram during R/L heart cath

Looking for a cpt for a left femoral vein angiogram done during R/L heart cath with coronary angiography. Can anyone help?

The op report would help in this situation but it would either be 75820 or 36012 & 75820. The venogram would need to be medically necessary. If access was made into the left femoral vein and a venogram performed before moving on to the heart cath, 75820 would not be separately reported.
